Business Continuity Update

Covid-19 Business Continuity update

The purpose of this communication is to update you about our activities in light of the UK Government’s advice around Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and to reassure you that we remain fully open for business, uninterrupted, just as usual. Clearly, our primary concern is for the welfare of our people, partners and clients, so we will be working remotely from Monday 23rd March until further notice. This means our staff will be working from home. 

Please be assured that GDPR and data protection policies have been discussed and suitable arrangements made to protect your privacy and data.

All our staff have mobile phones and laptops which connect into our systems, so there will be no change to our availability, service levels or commitment to our clients or business partners. Additionally our insurance company and underwriting agency partners have been making similar preparations.
