Exclusive professional indemnity insurance for investment agents for members of the Niche Investment Agents Society (NIAS).

Over a period of more than a decade, Cox Mahon has developed a Professional Indemnity insurance (“PII”) niche within the RICS chartered surveying profession. Through this work, we have identified that investment agents are often rated by insurers in the general surveyor category, with little or no consideration with the particular aspects of investment agency work (and the lower insurance related risks this affords).

We specifically understand the scope of work undertaken by investment agents, and their insurance requirements, and as a result have established an exclusive scheme PII facility for NIAS member firms. Cover is provided by one of the UK’s leading A rated* insurers for professional risks.

Professional Indemnity Insurance cover (on a RICS approved policy wording) underwritten by one of the UK’s leading A-rated insurers
Significant rating discounts applied by underwriters for well-managed NIAS member firms. These NIAS discounts are not available to any other insurance brokers
Primary policy Limits of Indemnity up to £10m. (For those firms looking to arrange higher limits, Excess Layer policies are placed with other preferential insurers)
