Lead Sponsor For The Niche Investment Agents Society Annual Drinks Reception

We are delighted to be the lead sponsor of the Annual Drinks Reception for the Niche Investment Agents Society (NIAS), to be held once again at The Lansdowne Club in London’s West End on Wednesday 7th February 2018.

NIAS is an informal society, established in early 2015 to create a forum for discussion and networking amongst commercial property investment agents. The society comprises of approximately 300 niche agents who provide advice on commercial properties nationwide, work from a single office, are based in the West End of London and are classified as ‘niche’.

Acting for a large number of specialist Investment Agents in the UK, we are proud to have built up a unique profile within this specialist sector of the property profession and to be sponsoring this NIAS event. 

As we have worked closely with a panel of RICS-registered insurers for more than a decade, we have a real understanding of the risk involved and our underwriters price such firms independently of the wider profession.

The NIAS Committee comprises representatives from Joiner Cummings, Lewis Ellis, Morgan Williams, Fineman Ross, Lewis & Partners, Clay Street, Jackson Criss and Griffiths Eccles.
