Proud to support the Niche Investment Agents Society

We are delighted to announce that Cox Mahon is sponsoring the Niche Investment Agents Society’s (NIAS) series of events over the new few months, to be held at The Lansdowne Club, near Berkeley Square in the heart of Mayfair.

NIAS is an informal society, established in early 2015 to create a forum for discussion and networking amongst commercial property investment agents. The society comprises of approximately 300 niche agents who provide advice on commercial properties nationwide, work from a single office, are based in the West End of London and are classified as ‘niche’.

The NIAS Committee comprises representatives from Joiner Cummings, Lewis Ellis, Morgan Williams, Fineman Ross, Lewis & Partners, Clay Street, Jackson Criss and Griffiths Eccles.

Acting for the probably largest number of specialist Investment Agents in the UK, Cox Mahon has built up a unique profile within this specialist sector of the Chartered Surveying profession. For more than a decade, we have worked closely with a panel of RICS-registered insurers, to introduce them to key members of the profession to develop their understanding of Investment Agency. This in turn enables practices to achieve greater premium stability and keener ratings despite the often volatile nature of the Investment sector.

The first of our sponsored NIAS events is a breakfast Q&A forum to be held on Thursday 15th June.

Previous events have showcased presenters from Hermes, British Land and JP Morgan, with support from CoStar. Charitable donations for Land Aid in the region of £5,600 have also been collected.

We are very much looking forward to building relationships with NIAS and its members and to attending our first event.
